Special Note for International Customers: Our real-time shipping calculator will not generate a correct shipping price when you submit your order. A special message will appear explaining how we will have to send you an adjusted invoice with the correct shipping price. In addition to major credit cards, we also accept PayPal, as well as checks or money orders, made payable to “Eighth Wonder, LLC” and mailed to the address on our Contact page.  If you wish to pay by check or money order, please email us first and let us know the doll model you want and also your shipping address, so that we can calculate what your shipping costs will be and inform you of your total charge.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

Credit cards and PayPal will be billed under “Eighth Wonder, LLC.”  This is the only name that will appear on your credit card or PayPal statement.

Teddy Babes are shipped to you in a sturdy, unmarked cardboard box, with return address information reading “Eighth Wonder, LLC.”  Orders shipped outside the continental United States may be subject to customs fees, import duties and taxes of the country to which you have your order shipped.

Shipping for Teddy Babes will be handled by either FedEx or UPS (within the continental United States). Note: Some additional fees may apply to destinations beyond the normal points of delivery and/or in special circumstances.

International shipping of Teddy Babes will be handled by FedEx International. International Customers, please note that the shipment of your order may involve additional landed costs, such as duty rates, customs clearance fees, and taxes, which differ from country to country and which will not be included in your shipping cost when you place your order.

You will be notified by email prior to and when your order is shipped. Notification includes tracking number with the exact shipping date and estimated time of arrival.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Once the order is shipped, it may not be cancelled. All sales are final once product(s) are shipped. No refunds or returns will be granted once product(s) are shipped.
